The DCL explosion-proof series electric actuators feature an optional integrated over-torque protection mechanism. When hazardous pipeline valves encounter severe media crystallization or jamming, the built-in torque switch achieves millisecond-level response to instantly disconnect the power circuit, preventing valve stem shearing and safeguarding internal mechanical transmission components from overload destruction. Coordinated with a 105°C PTC overheating protector embedded deeply within the motor windings, the equipment maintains exceptional electrical stability under complex pipeline loads, eradicating hidden hazards caused by motor burnout at the source.

Engineered for over 90% of potential explosive gas and dust environments (excluding underground coal mines), this series adopts premium Exd flameproof enclosure designs. The electric and connection cavities of the robust die-cast aluminum alloy housing undergo rigorous precision machining and utilize a specialized round seam allowance technique. By strictly controlling the mating gaps and widths of the flameproof joints, the rugged metal enclosure safely withstands and fully contains any unexpected internal explosive sparks. Currently, the entire series is fully CSA certified (compliant with relevant ANSI/UL and CSA standards), providing unyielding compliance coverage for both Class I, Division 1 and Class I, Zone 1 hazardous location classification systems.
