CSA certificated quarter turn electric actuator/complied to UL standard
Features:
- Torque from 18Nm to 3000Nm/160in.lbs to 26550 in.lbs
- All parts are certified by CSA, complied to UL 429 and CSA C22.2
- Weather proof NEMA 4/4X and IP67 sealing grade with aluminum alloy housing cover/IP 68 optional
- Duty cycle 60% for 18Nm/160in.lbs model and 70% for all other model
- Self-locking at any position when power off
- Limit switches to confirm valve position/potentiometer or position transmitter optional
- ISO 5211 multi-flange mounting
- Manual override with wrench or handwheel
- Optional functions such as Modbus Communication,fail-safe return,over torque protection,Dehumidifying heater and so on.
Description
Since 2013, DCL’s common-series electric actuators from Huayi Technology have been CSA certified, fully complying with both U.S. (UL) and Canadian (CSA) standards. Our explosion-proof models are currently undergoing CSA testing, with certification expected in Q3–Q4 of 2020. Furthermore, all DCL products are CE marked and RoHS 3.0 compliant, with all testing conducted by SGS to ensure international environmental and safety alignment.
Quality control is maintained through a rigorous oversight framework: any modification to components or suppliers must be documented and approved by the CSA. Additionally, CSA experts from both the Canadian headquarters and China offices perform quarterly factory audits. This strict adherence to UL and CSA protocols ensures exceptional quality stability and has earned DCL broad recognition across the North American market.
