Description

The DCL explosion-proof electric actuator can be equipped with an integrated over-torque protection mechanism inside the housing. It adopts German-made disc springs with exceptionally long service life and minimal deformation even under frequent compression, ensuring the preset over-torque value remains stable and drift-free throughout long-term operation.

The actuator is designed for use in over 90% of explosive gas environments, excluding coal mines. All motors and electronic components undergo flame treatment to ensure reliable performance in hazardous locations. The precision of the flameproof joint surfaces is strictly controlled and inspected from the supplier stage, guaranteeing that the flame path clearance remains within safety limits to prevent internal sparks from escaping.

The aluminum enclosure is hard die-cast using higher-tonnage equipment than standard actuator series, resulting in a denser housing structure capable of withstanding significantly higher internal explosion pressure.

DCL explosion-proof actuators have successfully passed CSA testing according to both UL and CSA standards, covering Zone and Division classification systems. CSA certification was officially obtained in 2022.
